FUEL SYSTEMCARBURETION Carburetor DisassemblyMikuni Disassembly 45Remove the (4) diaphragm cover screws at each cover and lift off the diaphragm coversRemove each diaphragm and look for signs of hardening, stretched or weak areas, holes or tearsReplace if necessary
Remove screw holding inlet needle control arm pin, and remove inlet needle control armpin, spring, and inlet needleInspect for wear at the pin, needle tip, or armBe sure the spring is in good conditionReplace any parts found to be worn or damaged
