Air Intake
Remove lanyard cord lock plate from engine stop switchRemove (3) nuts and washers securing each individual air intake
3Crank engine with electric starter for 15 seconds while spraying Polaris fogging oil into each carburetor alternately4Reinstall air intakesReinstall washers and nutsTorque to 72 inIbs(.83 kg-m)

Failure to perform the following preventive maintenance can result in serious engine corrosion during off season storageIn order to prevent rust and corrosion on internal engine parts (i.ecrankshaft, bearings, pistons, rings cylinder walls), Polaris highly recommends the regular use of Polaris fogging oilThe engine should be fogged daily when operated in salt water
