11 Install Mag end bearing retainer circlip with ends facing upward as shown
12 Apply thin, even layer of sealer to entire surtace of
upper crankcase halfCAUTION:
Do not allow sealer to dryCrankcase must be assembled immediately to ensure proper fit of main bearing outer race in crankcase

13 Place lower crankcase half on upper half aligning circlips and sealsPress into place
14 Apply LoctiteTM 242 (blue) to crankcase boits, install
and tighten to specifications following torque pattern shown in illustration at rightCrankcase Bolt Torque Apply Loctite 242 (Blue) Bmm22 ftlb (3.03 kgm) 10mm2B ftlb(3.B6 kgm)
