TROUBLESHOOTING Fuel Injection System
Check the fuel injection systemIs the fuel injection system normal?
- GOTOSTEP8- Faulty fuel injection system
Engine Lubrication
Remove cylinder head cover and inspect lubricationIs the valve train lubricated properly?
- GO TO STEP 9- Clogged oil passage
Engine Over-heating
Test ride and check the engine condition
Is the engine over-heating?
Use of poor quality fuel Excessive carbon build-up in combustion chamber Loose or damaged water hose or clamp Restricted cooling water passage in engine Clogged water passage and filter in jet pump Damaged impeller or water jet stator
