STEERINGIREVERSE SYSTEM REVERSE CABLE Remove the following:
side panels (page 3-7) left side cover (page 3-9) jet pump (page 14-7)E-cliptwo screwscable retainer Loosen the cable setting nut and remove the lock collarsRemove the rubber from the reverse cableRemove the cable bands and the reverse cable out of the bodyMake sure the cable joint on the rear end is screwed in at least 1213 (0.470.51 in), and the cable joint the front end is screwed in so that the clearance between the cable end and joint hole is less than (0.1 in)
