EXHAUST SYSTEMITURBOCHARGER Remove the dowel pins and gasket
Be careful not to damage the mating surfaces
Remove the four mounting nuts and turbocharger
Replace the turbocharger as an assemblyDo not disassemble the turbocharger
TURBOCHARGER Remove the gasketIf the stud bolts are loose, tighten themBe sure to verify that the distance from the top of the stud the housing surface is 39.9540.05 (1.573 1.577 in)
