EXHAUST SYSTEMITURBOCHARGER Loosen the intercooler connecting hose band screws and remove the inter coolerInstallation is in the reverse order of removal

CLEANING
Flush the intercooler with pressurized fresh water to remove any foreign material

EXHAUST BODY
REMOVAL
Remove the following:
left and right side panels (page 3-7)passenger grab rail (page 3-7) Loosen the lower rubber fitting band screw
Release the hose band and disconnect the water hose from the exhaust bodyLoosen the hose band screw and disconnect the water hose from the exhaust bodyRelease the hose band and disconnect the grease hose from the exhaust bodyRemove the four bolts and the gasket
