CRANKSHAFTIBALANCERIPISTON
CONNECTING RODS
Postion the pistons at TDC (Top Dead Center) to all prevent connecting rod from damaging the crankpin with the connecting rod bolt threadsInstall the cam chain over the timing sprocket on the crankshaftAlign the Iocatmg pins on the bearings wrth the grooves in the crankcase
CAM,CHAIN
Carefully install the crankshaft onto the upper crankcaseSet the connecting rods onto the crank pins
CRANKSHAFT
Do not get the Apply molybdenum oil solution to the crankpin molybdenum oil bearing sliding surfaces on the bearing capssolutron on the Install the bearing caps by aligning the I.Dcode on conilectlng rod the connecting rod and bearing ca bolts and bearing Be sure each part is installed in its cap nuts The oil as noted during removalmay prevent rhe cap nuts from being forquea properly
