ALTERNATORISTARTER CLUTCH
ALTERNATOR STATORICKP SENSOR
REMOVAL
Remove the front crankcase cover (page 6-9) Remove the bolt and wire clampRemove the alternator stator wire grommet from the crankcase coverRemove the two mounting bolts and CKP sensorRemove the four mounting bolts and alternator stator from the crankcase cover
BOLTSISTATOR
INSTALLATION
Install the alternator stator onto the crankcase cover and tighten the four mounting bolts to the specified torqueTORQUE: 10 N-m (1.0 kgf-m, Ibf-ft) Apply silicone sealant the wire grommet seating surface and install the grommet into the crankcase cover groove
