CYLINDER HEADIVALVE
CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Route the wires properly (page 1-19)Clean the mating surface of the cylinder and cylinder headInstall the cam chain guide by aligning the guide end with the crankcase groove, and the projections with the cylinder grooves
Install the two dowel pins and new gasket
Install the cylinder head onto the cylinderApply molybdenum oil solution to the threads and seating surfaces of the 10 cylinder head bolts and install themTighten the 10 mm bolts in crisscross pattern in several steps
