FUEL SYSTEM (Programmed Fuel Injection) Remove the switch nut and the OTS limit switch from the holder on the steering columnInstall new OTS limit switch onto the holder by aligning the flatsInstall and tighten the switch nutOTS 1
TORQUE: 2.2 N-m (0.22 kgfmm, 1.6 Ibf4-t)
Route the OTS limit switch wire into the wire bands and connect the 2P connectorInstall the front storage box (page 3-5)
OTS LIMIT SWITCH BRACKET REMOVALIINSTALLATION
Remove the front storage box (page 3-5)Loosen the four wire bands and remove the OTS limit switch wire from the bandsDisconnect the OTS limit switch 2P red connectorBANDS
OTS LIMIT SWITCH 2P (Red) CONNECTOR
Take care not to Remove the following: thecable joint nut and washer washers
LIMIT SWITCH BRACKET
JOINT NUT
- steering cable (to remove the cable arm) two cable arm nuts and washerscable arm holdersteering cable arm (from steering shaft)
