FUEL SYSTEM (Programmed Fuel Injection)
OTS SYSTEM
SYSTEM INSPECTION
Remove the rear storage box (page 3-6)Disconnect the ECM 33P (Black) connector
Check for continuity between the Brown and green wire terminals of the 33P (Black) connector of the wire harness sideThere should be continuity when the handlebar is turned fully to the right or leftIf there is no continuity, check the OTS limit switch (page 8-93)If the switch is OK, check for an open circuit in the Brown, Green wire between the ECM and OTS limit switchECM 33P (Black) CONNECTOR (Wire sidetfemale terminal)
OTS LIMIT SWITCH INSPECTION
Remove the front storage box (page 3-5)Release the wire bandDisconnect the limit switch 2P (Red) connectorCheck for continuity between the switch side connector terminalsThere should be continuity when the handlebar is turned fully to the right or leftBAND
