INSPECTION
Do not remove the IACV unless necessary as the throttle body must be replaced as an assemblyRemove the passenger grab rail (page 3-7)The IACV is installed on the throttle body and is operated by the step motorWhen the safety lanyard lock clip is inserted into the engine stop switch, the IACV operates for few secondsCheck the step motor operating (beep) sound with the engine stop switch ONThe IACV operation can be checked visually as follows:
