FUEL SYSTEM (Programmed Fuel Injection) DTC 42-2 (TCP SENSOR HIGH VOLTAGE)
Before starting the troubleshooting, check the TCP sensor connector for loose contacts or corroded terminals, and recheck the DTC1TCP Sensor System Inspection
Insert the safety lanyard lock clip in engine stop switchCheck the TCP sensor with the HDS
Is about Vindicated?
- GOTOSTEP2- Intermittent failure
Loose or poorly connected ECM connector
2TCP Sensor Output Voltage Inspection
Pull the safety lanyard lock clip off of the engine stop switchDisconnect the TCP sensor 3P (Black) connectorMeasure the voltage between the wire harness side connector terminalsConnection: Blue white Greenlyellow TCP SENSOR 3P (Black) CONNECTOR (Wire sidelfemale terminal)
Is the voltage within 4.755.25 V?
