THE WARNING BUZZER SOUNDED AND THE ENGINE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY (EXHAUST COOLING SYSTEM)
1Water strainer screen Remove the jet nozzle (page 14-7) and check the water strainer screen
Is the water strainer screen clogged? YES NO
- Clean the water strainer screen- GO TO STEP 2
WATER STRAINER
SCREEN 2Cooling water hose damage check Remove the side panels (page 3-7)Flush the system (page 5-3)
Is there any damage in the water hoses or is the water hose disconnected? YES
- Repair the damage
3Pilot water nozzle (flushing check)
Flush the system and check the pilot water nozzle (page 4-16)
Is the water running from the water nozzle?
