MAINTENANCE OIL COOLER Remove the following:
right side panel (page 3-7) anode cap
Check the anode retaining screw to be sure it is tightCheck the anode for excessive wearIf the anode O.Dis worn to the screw head, replace with new oneRemove the screw and anodeApply locking agent to the retaining screw threads and install new anode with the screwReplace the 0-nng Install the removed parts in the reverse order of with new one removalApply multi-purTORQUE: Anode cap: 18 N-m (1.8 kgf-m, 13 Ibf-ft) pose grease to the cap threads
CYLINDER HEAD
Remove the following:
- left side panel (page 3-7)two bolts and staywater hose joint
Check the anode retaining screw to be sure it is tightCheck the anode for excessive wearIf the anode O.Dis worn to the screw head, replace with new oneRemove the screw and anodeApply locking agent the retaining screw threads (Coat 6.5 from tip) and install new anode with the screwReplace the O-ring with new one
