SIDE COVER
REMOVALIINSTALLATION
Remove the following:
- seats (page 3-5)
Left side cover only
- front storage box (page 3-51
Pull the reverse lever up while pressing the lock leverRemove the five tapping screws and the reverse lever gripRemove the socket bolt and washers from the reverse lever railRemove the following fasteners:
Take care not to drop the washers into the hull
- two socket bolts (small) from the upper side
- socket bolt (small) from the rear sidesocket bolt (large) from the center side
Take care not to Remove the bolt and washer from the hull insidedrop the bolt and Remove the four fin clip (page 3-4) from the side washer into the coverhull Be careful not to Release the two nut brackets by sliding the cover scratch the left side rearward and remove the side cover (from the cover surface with reverse lever; left side cover only)the reverse lever Apply locking agent Installation is in the reverse order of removalto the threads of TORQUE: the side cover Side cover socket bolt (small)socket bolt (small)
