Check the impeller blades for deep scratches, pitting or nicksCheck the splines for wear or deformationAlso check the drive shaft conditionCheck the jet stator inner wall for deep scratches or irregular surface

BEARING AND WATER SEAL Turn the impeller shaft and check the bearing conditionThe bearing should turn smoothly and quietlyAlso check that the outer and inner races of the bearing fit tightlyPress the impeller shaft out of the water jet stator with hydraulic press
