Remove the following: water bypass hose four mounting nuts turbocharger gasket If the stud bolts are loose, tighten themBe sure to verify that the distance from the top of the stud to the housing surface is 40 mm (1.6 in)

After removing the turbocharger, place it verticallyDo not place it left or right side downAlways replace the gaskets and sealing washers with new ones
