CRANKSHAFTBALANCER (ARX1200T3T3D)PISTON Apply sealant to the crankcase mating surfaces as shownBefore installing, make sure to set the cam chain over the timing sprocket properly
Install the lower crankcase onto the upper crankcase
Apply engine oil to the threads and seating surface of the crankcase 9-mm bolts and install all the crankcase bolts (four 6mm bolts, ten 8-mm bolts and fourteen 9-mm bolts)The crankcase has the numbers "1" thru "14"
Tighten the 9-mm bolts in several steps according to the numerical order cast on the crankcaseTORQUE: 37 Nm (3.8 kgfm, 27 lbfft) Tighten the 8-mm and 6-mm bolts in crisscross pattern in several stepsTORQUE: mm bolt: 25 Nm (2.5 kgfm, 18 lbfft)
