CRANKSHAFTBALANCER (ARX1200T3T3D)PISTON Install the dowel pinsCarefully install the lower crankcase onto the upper crankcaseApply engine oil to the threads and seating surfaces of the 14 main journal 9mm bolts and install themThe crankcase has the numbers "1" thru "14"
Tighten the 9-mm bolts in several steps according to the numerical order cast on the crankcaseTORQUE: 37 Nm (3.8 kgfm, 27 lbfft)
9 mm BOLTS Remove the bolts and lower crankcaseMeasure the compressed plastigauge at its widest point on each journal to determine the oil clearanceSERVICE LIMITS: Main journal: 0.045 mm (0.0018 in) Balancer: 0.065 mm (0.0026 in) If the main journal bearing clearance exceeds the service limit, select the correct replacement bearingsARX1200T3T3D:
