The camshaft can be removed with the cam sprocket installed
Loosen the cam sprocket boltsRotate the crankshaft counterclockwise (viewed from rear side) so the timing marks ("IN" for intake and "EX" for exhaust) on the cam sprockets are flush with the cylinder head surface and facing outward as shown
