Insert the airbox into the hullSet the airbox properly by aligning the mounting boss with the stayInstall the removed parts in the reverse order of removalTORQUE: Mounting bolt: 7.8 Nm (0.8 kgfm, 5.8 lbfft) Air funnel screw: 3.9 Nm (0.4 kgfm, 2.9 lbfft) Cover screw: 3.9 Nm (0.4 kgfm, 2.9 lbfft) STAY

Remove the sub-airbox (page 8-85)Remove the airbox (page 8-92)Release the rubber shieldLoosen the cable setting nuts and remove the throttle cable from the cable holderDisconnect the throttle cable end from the throttle drum
