ENGINE IDLE SPEED
Inspect and adjust the idle speed after all other ARX1200T3T3D: engine maintenance items have been performed and are within specifications The engine must be warm for accurate adjustmentFive minutes of idling is sufficientIf the air temperature is below 10!C (50!F), let the engine idle for an additional minutes (a total of 10 minutes)ARX1200T3T3D: ARX1200N3: Refer to the tachometer manufacturer's operating instructions for proper use
Remove the seats (page 3-4)Remove the rear tray (page 3-5)Connect tachometerWarm up the engine with the watercraft in the water and check the idle speedTHROTTLE STOP SCREW Adjust the idle speed by turning the throttle stop screw as requiredARX1200N3: IDLE SPEED: 1,200100 rpm
