Replace the fuel
Tighten
Are the spark-plugs tightly screwed in?
Tighten
Is the ignition timing correct? {)rYES
Check the flywheel woodruff key for damage
Are the settings of the carburetor correct?} YES YES Is the magneto base loose?
Correct the setting(P2-3)
