Following items should be obtained before trouble analysis1The battery is charged and its specified gravity is within specification2There is no incorrect wiring connection3Wiring connections are properly secured and are not any rusty4The lanyard is installed onto the engine stop switch5The shift position is in neutral6Fuel is reaching the carburetor7The rigging and engine setting are correct8Engine is free from any Hull problem
