Bracket unit
3Remove all of the air bubbles with syringe or suitable toolNOTE: Turn the joint with screwdriver, and then remove any air between the pump gear teeth4Install the new O-ring 3, power trim and tilt motor 4, and then tighten the bolts to the specified torque
NOTE: Place clean cloth over the end of the armature shaft, hold the shaft with pair of pliers as shown, then carefully slide the yoke onto the armature

1Install the filter and joint into the pump housingNOTE: Align the armature shaft with the recess in the jointPTT motor bolt 5: Nm (0.5 kgfm, 3.6 ftlb)
