NOTE: The following items should be checked before the "TROUBLE ANALYSIS CHART" is consulted1The battery is charged and its specific gravity is within specification2There are no incorrect wiring connections3Wiring connections are properly secured and are not rusty4The lanyard is installed onto the engine stop switch5The shift position is in neutral6Fuel is reaching the carburetorvapor separator7 The rigging and engine setting are correct8The engine is free from any "Hull problem"
