ENGINE WILL NOT START

Is any jet clogged-up? NO Is the ignition timing correct?

Clean(P4-8)

Check the flywheel woodruff key for damage(P8-13)

Does the reed-valve form good sealing or no damage?

Replace the reed-valve assembly(P5-15)

Check the leakage of compression from the crankcaseIs the compression of crankcase normally? YES

Check the following parts and replace as necessary: (P5-18) 1) Oil-seal 2) O-ring 3) Crankcasecrackeddistortion, scratches on mating surfaces Replace the crank cylinder assembly(P5-11)

Is there any damage on the cylinder? NO
