NO Can the flywheel be turned by hand?
GO TO [gJ (P9-4)
NO Are the battery cables connected?
Are the battery terminal-connections loose?
Connect(P3-21)
Tighten(P3-21)
NO Is the battery in good condition?
RechargeCheck using battery testerReplace if necessary(P3-21)
