Removing the fuel filter assembly
Use rag to catch any spilled gasoline when removing the fuel components1Disconnect the fuel hoses and b2Disconnect the water detection switch coupler ag
Checking the fuel joint
1Check the fuel jointReplace if cracked or damaged
2Connect the special service tool to the fuel joint outlet a3Apply the specified positive pressureReplace the fuel joint if the specified pressure cannot be maintained for at least 10 seconds
3Remove the fuel filter assembly c0 50
