Clamp bracket and swivel bracket (manual tilt model) NOTE: See the exploded diagram to assemble the spring and tilt lock rod (7-21) Make sure that the E-clips are installed securely3Assemble the clamp brackets and swivel bracket 6, and then install the through tube from the port side4Install the self-locking nut onto the through tube, and then tighten it to the specified torqueNOTE: Hook tilt lock rod onto the tilt lock lever before installationSelf-locking nut 7: 19 Nm (1.9 kgfm, 14.0 ftlb)
Installing the clamp bracket
1Install the tilt stopper plates and tilt stopper plate bolts to the clamp brackets, and then tighten the bolts to the specified torqueTilt stopper plate bolt 2: Nm (0.8 kgfm, 5.9 ftlb)
