3Remove the E-clip from the reverse lock shaft 0, and then pull out the shaft4Remove the E-clip from the tilt lock shaft B, and then pull out the shaft and remove the collars C, tilt lock rod D, tilt lock plate E, and tilt lock plate F5Remove the springs G

NOTE: After installing the E-clip, turn it to make sure that it is installed securely3Install the stopper shaft and receiver assembly to the swivel bracket A, and then install the E-clip B4Hook tilt lock rod C, the spring D, and tilt lock rod onto the tilt lever F5Install the tilt lever shaft into the swivel bracket A, making sure to pass the shaft through the receiver assembly and tilt lever F, and then install the E-clips H6Hook the spring onto the receiver assembly 0
