Power unit NOTE: Hold the starter plunger while turning the sheave drum as shown9Remove the starter rope from the notch b, fit the starter rope into the groove in the sheave drum, and then allow the spring force to slowly turn the drum as the starter rope winds around the drumNOTE: Be sure to hold the sheave drum with your hand so that it turns slowly10Pull the starter handle several times to check that the sheave drum turns smoothly and to check the starter rope for slackRepeat steps 49 if necessary
