Periodic check and adjustment 6Connect the throttle cable joint 4, install the clip 3, and then tighten the locknut 27Set the remote control lever to the fully open and fully closed positions and check that the fully open stopper and fully closed stopper on the throttle cam contact the throttle cam bracket as shown

1Disconnect the throttle link rod from the free accel lever2Loosen the locknut 2, remove the clip 3, and then disconnect the throttle cable joint 4

3Set the remote control lever to the neutral position4Check that the fully closed stopper on the cam contacts the throttle cam bracket 55Adjust the position of the throttle cable joint until its hole is aligned with the set pin on the throttle cam 6
