Cylinder block 5Connect the flushing hose, cooling water pilot hose, and canister hose6Connect the fuel hose and shift position switch coupler7Connect the PTT motor leads and PTT switch coupler, and then install the junction box coverPTT motor lead bolt: Nm (0.4 kgfm, 3.0 ftlb)
8Connect the trim sensor coupler and battery leadsPositive battery lead nut: Nm (0.9 kgfm, 6.6 ftlb)
9Connect the shift cable and throttle cable, and then adjust their lengthsFor adjustment procedures, see Chapter 3, "Adjusting the throttle link and throttle cable" and "Checking the gear shift operation 10Install all parts removed during disassembly11Check the engine oil level
