Power unit 13Install all parts removed during disassembly
11Tighten the crankcase bolts to the specified torques in two stages and in the sequence shown
Installing the power unit
1Clean the power unit mating surface, and install the dowels and new gasket 22Install the power unit by installing bolts and 5, then tightening them to the specified torques in two stages and in the sequence shown3Install the apron 660

CAUTION:
The oil seals must be installed before tightening the crankcase boltsNOTE: Tighten the M10 bolts to 19 Nm (1.9 kgfm, 14.0 ftlb) first, and then tighten the M8 bolts to 14 Nm (1.4 kgfm, 10.3 ftlb) Make mark on the M10 bolts and the crankcase, and then tighten the bolts 60 from the mark Tighten the M8 bolts to 28 Nm (2.8 kgfm, 20.7 ftlb)Crankcase bolt (M10): 1st: 19 Nm (1.9 kgfm, 14.0 ftlb) 2nd: 60 Crankcase bolt (M8): 1st: 14 Nm (1.4 kgfm, 10.3 ftlb) 2nd: 28 Nm (2.8 kgfm, 20.7 ftlb)
