3Check that the engine turns off when the engine stop lanyard is pulled from the engine stop lanyard switch
Break-in
During the test run, perform the break-in operation in the following three stages1One hour at 2,000 rmin or at approximately half throttle 2One hour at 3,000 rmin or 34 throttle and minute out of every 10 at full throttle 3Eight hours at any speed, however, avoid running at full speed for more than minutes
Checking the cooling water pilot hole
1Check that cooling water is discharged from the cooling water pilot hole
