Checking the power trim and tilt system
1Check that the outboard motor tilts up and down smoothly when operating the power trim and tilt unit2Check that there is no abnormal noise produced when the outboard motor is tilted up or down3Check that there is no interference with wires or hoses when the tilted-up outboard motor is steered4Check that the trim meter points down when the outboard motor is tilted all the way down
