5Install the new O-ring and backup ring into the tilt piston 96Install the balls E, absorber valve pins F, and springs as shown2Install the tilt cylinder end screw 6, spring 7, adapter 8, and tilt piston to the tilt ram 57Install the washers H, plate I, and bolt to the tilt piston 9, and then tighten the bolt to the specified torqueR
3Hold the tilt piston in vise using the special service tool on both sides4Tighten the tilt ram to the specified torque
