Drive shaft and lower case (regular rotation model) 2Install the drive shaft housing 1, thrust bearing 2, and original shim(s) to the drive shaft 4
Installing the propeller shaft housing
1Install the washer and propeller shaft assembly into the propeller shaft housing assembly 32Apply grease to the new O-rings
CAUTION:
Add or remove shim(s), if necessary, when replacing the drive shaft housing or drive shaft3Install the drive shaft and drive shaft housing to the lower case, then the pinion and pinion nut, and then tighten the nut to the specified torque3Install the propeller shaft housing assembly into the lower case4Install the bolts 4, ring 5, and bolts 6, and then tighten the bolts to the specified torque
