Vapor separator WARNING
Reduce the fuel pressure before removing the vapor separator drain screw, or pressurized fuel will spray out and may result in serious injury
Checking the vapor separator
1Check the needle valve for bends or wearReplace if necessary
WARNING
Always reduce the fuel pressure in the high-pressure fuel line before servicing the line or the vapor separatorIf the fuel pressure is not released, pressurized fuel may spray out3Remove the cap 3, and then press in the valve using thin screwdriver 24Place container under the vapor separator, and then drain the fuel from the separator by removing the drain screw 43Check the filter for dirt or residueClean if necessary2Check the float for deteriorationReplace if necessary
