IpOWRI ,21: RECOIL STARTER REMOVING THE SHEAVE DRUM
Remove: Sheave drum Turn the sheave drum clockwise until the spiral spring is free

Removing steps (1) Release the lock(2) Pull out the starter rope and make it hooked by the cutaway on the sheave drum(3) Turn the sheave drum clockwise(4) Take off the starter rope from the starter handle 1)(5) Remove boltsdrive platedrive pawl spring and sheave drum NOTE:
