Installing steps: Tie knot on the end of the starter rope Wind the starter pulley G) counterclockwise until it stops Turn the starter pulley clockwise until the rope hole and recoil starter roller (Q) alignHold the starter pulley at this positionNOTE: If the starter pulley is turned less than 90 (from where if stopped to where the ropehole and roller align), turn it one-full turn clockwise .until the hole and roller align again
