4 Place the sheave drum on the shaft of the starter housing and position the inner end of the starter spring on the spring pin of the sheave drum
Wind the spring up counterclockwise until tight7Slowly release the sheave drum clockwise to position where the rope cannot overwind the starter spring and hole at this point8Push the rope through the guide hole in the starter housing and install the starter handle5
