I nstall the a-ring, reverse gear, and washer in the gear case cap6Insert the shift plunger into the open end of the propeller shaft, and install the propeller shaft (with the gear case cap) in the gear case7I nstall the gear case cap with the two boltsTightening torque: Nm (0.8 m' kg, 5.5 ftlb) Water pump installation 1I nstall the gaskets and outer plate cartridge on lower casing, install the impeller key in the driveshaft, and install the impeller on the shaft2By turning the driveshaft clockwise, install the water pump housing, and secure with four boltsTightening torque: Nm (0.8 kg, 5.5 ftlb)
