Drive pawl and drive pawl spring
Hook the drive pawl spring onto the drive pawl, and install the drive pawl on the boss, then hook the drive pawl spring onto the starter housing shaftSecure the drive pawl with the circlip
9Place the starter rope across the cut in the sheave drum, and rotate the sheave drum turns counterclockwise, together with the starter ropeRelease your hand from the sheave drum to let the rope wind around itNOTE:
