2Adjust the pull-wire screw so that when the ring at the end of the pull-wire is installed on the choke shaft (the choke valve is fu II open), the gap between the solenoid coil stay grommet and plunger end is 0.5""1.0 mm(0.2""0.4 in) 3Pass the wire harness and battery wire
through the bottom cowling, and fit the grommet to the bottom cowling
Wire harness Using the Pocket Tester, check the continuity of the wire harness between the switch panel and the engineMake sure all the wires are connected to the 7-P plug correctlyThe wires and pins of identical colors must be connected, or no continuity test can be madeIf anyone of the wires has no continuity, replace the wire harnessWiring 1Install the starter relay on the starter relay stay2Connect the starter relay and the starter motor with the positive lead1Battery lead Fuse lead
