Drive shaft Place the drive shaft upside down, and insert the bearing separator between the taper roller bearing and drive shaft flangeInstall the nut on the threaded portion of the drive shaft and screw it in so that the side of the nut is flush with the end of the drive shaftThe drive shaft can now be removed using hydraulic press INSPECTION, CLEANING, AND REPAIR Wash component parts in detergent and blow them dry with compressed air
Water pump 1Check the water inlet cover for clogging with dust2Check the water pump joints for leak-in of air3Check the impeller for wear4Check the cartridge outer plate for wear and scratches
