Hook the longer link on to the tilt lock plate (inner), and lock it with the pin5Pass the tilt bolt through the clamp bracket (on the starboard side) and washer6Insert the tilt bolt into the journal on the starboard side of the swivel bracket, and install the torsion spring on the tilt boltHook the link on to the tilt lever, and insert the tilt lever into the journal on the port sideNext, insert the tilt lever into the washer, and insert it into the port side clamp bracket, then tighten the nut to specificationAfter tightening, screw in the capTightening torque: 23 Nm (2.3 m' kg, 17 ftlb)
